   Our client is an FDI manufacturing company, now looking for a Manufacturing Engineer Manager in Dong Nai:

   Strategies

   • Develop and set up strategic roadmap for IE
   • Lead staffs to deploy strategies

   Target and Planning

   • Perform budgeting and planning for the Industrial Engineer
   • Set up KPI targets and cascade down to all direct reporting sub functions monitor and track the achievements of KPIs

   Functions Management

   • Lead all functions to establish operation and build up qualifications

   Employee Management & Development

   • Mentor, develop and motivate the direct reports, review and provide timely performance feedback
   • Create individual development plan

   HSE Management

   • Setup and improve safety standards, firefighting standards, standards/processes related to chemical substances, dust collector and saw dust processing, waste management, and workplace ergonomics

   Other duties:

   • Support and take initiatives on Fit for Quality, MOVE, internal control,…

   • Male
   • Age: 32-40
   • Academic level: University degree
   • Experience: At least 5 years of experience working in an equivalent position in manufacturing company (preferably in Wood Industry)
   • Good knowledge of Lean Management and CIP programs
   • Strong in maintenance, procedures, and engineering
   • Language: Good English communication
   • Good computer skills
